You can enjoy visiting your holiday home throughout the ownership season, which varies between our parks and typically ranges from 8 to 12 months. Owners can holiday as often as they like within their specified season and pitch agreement terms.
Can I live in my static caravan?
While you're welcome to enjoy extended stays during the holiday season, Parkdean Resorts' parks are not residential. This means you cannot live in your static caravan permanently, and a primary residential address is required to own a holiday home at our parks. Proof of residence will be needed as part of the purchase process.
